Kimberly Branstetter

Kimberly Branstetter is currently in the process of completing her Master of Arts in Counseling at Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon.

She is passionate about the care and recovery of those who have experienced trauma, and she seeks to offer a warm and safe space for contemplation and realization. She believes in the power of speaking aloud your life story, and works together with her clients to help support the discovery of their truest identity. She has spent her time helping people learn to thrive while encouraging healthy coping skills, attachment, boundaries, and decision-making skills.

Kimberly utilizes an integrative approach focusing on psychodynamic therapies, mindful awareness, as well as dialectical and cognitive behavioral therapy. Working from the perspective that people make decisions based on the information available to them, she seeks to empower her clients through education. She enjoys working with clients in the areas of identity formation, domestic abuse recovery, and adjustment to new life stages.
